Selected Research Question: Are children safe using the internet?

Methods: Research day with questions and suggestion boxes.

Findings: While 95% thought the internet a good thing, only 50% thought it safe for children and 61% knew someone who had been cyber-bullied. Information about platforms used and some bad things about using the internet.

Outcomes: Sharing of recommendations to improve internet safety, children’s and parents’ knowledge of safety and privacy issues.
