Selected Research Question: What issues do children have with adults’ use of mobile phones?
Methods: Online survey; expert engagement (road safety officer, PCSO)
Findings: just under 50% reported concerns about adults use of mobile phones whilst driving with children in the car.
Outcomes: The group produced a campaign with the help of local police, with a film and posters to raise awareness of the law on use of mobile phones whilst driving and urging adults not to do it.
Findings shared at whole school assembly with parents, head teacher, teachers, 2 PSCO’s and 1 council road safety worker.
