Consultation Responses

Part of our role is to scrutinise proposals by the Welsh and UK Governments and consultations by the National Assembly of Wales, to respond to consultations where we feel the rights of children are in issue. We don’t respond to every Government consultation that affects children, but where we have compelling evidence or opinion to offer, we will do so.

Below is a list of consultation responses submitted by the Children’s Legal Centre Wales. We also list consultation respnses that the Observatory on Human Rights of Children, incorporating the Children’s Legal Centre Wales, has submitted.

Once the consultation responses are published, we will link to the relevant documents from this page.
